Library Association of Ireland

The Library Association of Ireland (LAI) (Irish: Cumann Leabharlann na hÉireann) is a professional body representing librarians and supporters of libraries in Ireland. It was founded in 1928, and is a nominating body for the upper house of the Irish parliament, Seanad Eireann.
