Lionel Alexander Rosenblatt (December 10, 1943 – April 11, 2026) was an American diplomat who was refugee coordinator at the United States Embassy in Thailand, and president of Refugees International, an advocacy organization for refugees. Rosenblatt was one of the foremost advocates for resettling Indochinese refugees in the United States during the 1970s and 1980s.
