List of Queensland tropical cyclones

The state of Queensland in northeastern Australia regularly experiences the effects of tropical cyclones, including powerful winds, torrential rainfall, storm surge flooding, and high waves. Australia's deadliest storm, Cyclone Mahina, made landfall along the Cape York Peninsula, killing at least 307 people.
