List of Western video games

Video games set in the Old West or that are defined by a Western style have a long, varied history, existing since the beginning of the medium. The earliest of these included The Oregon Trail (1971), and established microprocessors in arcade cabinets (Gun Fight) and the shooter genre in general (Boot Hill).
