List of athletes who competed in multiple sports at the Summer Olympic games

Below is a list of the 1052 athletes who participated in two or more sports at the Summer Olympics. Viggo Jensen from Denmark, Carl Schuhmann from Germany and Launceston Elliot from the United Kingdom are the only athletes to compete in four different sports.
