List of people indicted in the International Criminal Court

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued indictments and arrest warrants for individuals on any counts of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, aggression, or contempt of court pursuant to the Rome Statute. An individual is indicted when a Pre-Trial Chamber issues either an arrest warrant or a summons after it finds that "there are reasonable grounds to believe that the person has committed a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court".
