List of transgender political office-holders

Since the 1990s, transgender individuals have been elected to public office in growing numbers, across East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, Northern Europe, and Western Europe. There also has been a growing number of transgender politicians in Northern America, Oceania, the Caribbean, Central America, the Southern Cone, Andean States, and Eastern South America.
