List of deadliest aircraft accidents and incidents

This article lists the deadliest aircraft accidents and incidents involving commercial passenger and cargo flights, military passenger and cargo flights, or general aviation flights that have been involved in a ground or mid-air collision. As of 7 July 2026, 208 accidents and incidents have resulted in at least 100 fatalities, 35 at least 200 fatalities, 8 at least 300 fatalities, and 4 at least 500 fatalities.
