Loop-mediated isothermal amplification

Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is a single-tube technique for the amplification of DNA for diagnostic purposes and a low-cost alternative to detect certain diseases. LAMP is an isothermal nucleic acid amplification technique.
