Los Angeles Fire Department

The Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD or LA City Fire) is the full-service fire department of the city of Los Angeles, California, United States, and of the city of San Fernando, California, United States, via contract. The department provides fire suppression services, technical rescue services, emergency medical response services, and hazardous materials response services to the residents of the city of Los Angeles.
