Lōya Paktiā (Pashto: لويه پکتيا; lit. Greater Paktia) is a historical and cultural region of Afghanistan, comprising the modern Afghan provinces of Khost, Paktia, and Paktika, as well as parts of Logar and compromises Kurram, Bannu and Waziristan of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
