Lucy Maria Powell (born 10 October 1974) is a British politician who is Deputy Leader of the Labour Party since October 2025, having previously been Leader of the House of Commons and Lord President of the Council from July 2024 to September 2025. She has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Manchester Central since 2012.
