The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is a member of the United Nations. == History == A delegation from Luxembourg headed by Joseph Bech, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, attended the San Francisco Conference and signed the UN Charter on 26 June 1945, becoming the United Nations' smallest founding member state.
