Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration
The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) is a bureau of the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity within the Michigan state government, responsible for regulating workplace safety and health in the state. It operates under a formal state-plan agreement with the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
