Main Directorate for Drugs Control

The Main Directorate for Drugs Control (GUKON, Russian: Главное управление по контролю за оборотом наркотиков (ГУКОН), romanized: Glavnoe upravlenie po kontrolyu za oborotom narkotikov (GUKON)) is a law enforcement agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia responsible for the regulation of narcotics and investigation of drug crimes. Drugs Control is tasked with combating drug smuggling and illegal drug use within the Russian Federation.
