The Major historical and cultural sites protected by Shandong Province (simplified Chinese: 山东省文物保护单位; traditional Chinese: 山東省文物保護單位; pinyin: Shāndōng shěng wénwù bǎohù dānwèi) are recognized on a list compiled by the Office for Cultural Heritage of Shandong Province (pinyin: Shandong sheng wenwu ju). The sites on the list are determined by the provincial government and announced by the State Council of the People's Republic of China .
