Maltagliati

Maltagliati (Italian: [maltaʎˈʎaːti]), also known as puntarine, are a type of pasta typical of the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. In the manufacture of pasta such as tagliatelle, dough is rolled and then cut into thin strips, producing noodles.
