Mario Francesco Batali (born September 19, 1960) is an American chef, writer, and former restaurateur. Batali co-owned restaurants mainly in New York City along with Las Vegas; and Los Angeles including his flagship restaurant Babbo in New York City, which received a Michelin star for several years.
