Matthew Robert LaFleur ( la-FLEW-er; born November 3, 1979) is an American professional football coach and former player who is the head coach for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). He previously was the offensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams and the Tennessee Titans, and has also served as the quarterbacks coach for the Washington Commanders, Notre Dame, and the Atlanta Falcons.
