Medieval Bulgarian coinage

Medieval Bulgarian coinage were the coins minted by the Bulgarian Emperors during the Middle Ages at the time of the Second Bulgarian Empire. The first Bulgarian coins were minted during the First Bulgarian Empire with the earliest one linked to the Bulgarian ruler Peter I from 10th century.
