Michael Lee McDaniel (born March 6, 1983) is an American professional football coach who is the offensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League (NFL). A branch of the Shanahan coaching tree, McDaniel began his NFL coaching career as an intern for the Denver Broncos in 2005.
