Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations

The Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations is an Australian Government cabinet position which is currently held by Amanda Rishworth following her swearing-in on 13 May 2025 as a result of Anthony Albanese's Labor government being re-elected at the 2025 Australian federal election. In the Government of Australia, the minister administers this portfolio through the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
