The Second Moscow Conference (Codename: Bracelet) between the major Allies of World War II took place from August 12, 1942, to August 17, 1942. == Prelude == On July 30, 1942, Foreign Secretary Anthony Eden passed a message to Prime Minister Winston Churchill from the British Ambassador to the Soviet Union, Sir Archibald Clark Kerr, Although Molotov professes to have passed on faithfully to the Soviet Government all that was said to him in London and given him in writing...it now looks as if he had to some extent failed to interpret to Stalin the mind of the Prime Minister.
