Narrative career counseling

Narrative career counselling is an approach to career counselling that uses stories and narratives as central means through which people make sense of work, learning, identity, transitions, and future possibilities. It is commonly associated with constructivist, social constructionist, and postmodern perspectives in career development and counselling.
