National Counterproliferation and Biosecurity Center

The National Counterproliferation and Biosecurity Center (NCBC; formerly known as the National Counterproliferation Center and NCPC from 2004 to 2022) is the primary organization within the United States Intelligence Community for combating the spread of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems. NCBC works with the United States Intelligence Community (IC) to identify critical intelligence gaps in counter-proliferation collection or analysis and then develops solutions to help close those gaps.
