New South Wales State Emergency Service

The New South Wales State Emergency Service (NSW SES) is a civil defence organisation under the Government of New South Wales that provides emergency and rescue services to local communities during and after major disasters. The NSW SES is made up almost entirely of volunteer members, numbering over 10,919 as of September 2023.
