The Nizamiye Masjid (Arabic: مسجد النظامية), (Turkish: Nizamiye Camii) often called the Nizamiye Mosque, is a Sunni mosque, located in the city of Midrand, in Greater Johannesburg, in the province of Gauteng, South Africa. It is often stated to be the largest mosque in the Southern Hemisphere, occupying less than two-thirds of a hectare in a 10 ha (25-acre) site.
