Noordin Mohammad Top (11 August 1968 – 17 September 2009) was a Malaysian-born terrorist and extremist who was believed to have masterminded the series of terrorist attacks in Indonesia in the 2000s (including the Bali bombings in 2002 and 2005, as well as the Jakarta bombings in 2003, 2004 and 2009). Until his death, he was Indonesia's most wanted Islamist militant.
