The Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage Act, 2010

The Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage Act, 2010 or Nuclear Liability Act was a highly debated Act which was passed by both houses of the Parliament of India. The Act legislates for civil liability in the event of a nuclear accident.
