The winner of the Eurovision Song Contest is determined by a positional voting system. Under the latest version of this system, introduced in 2026, each participating country awards two sets of 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 points, based on their ten favourite songs from other countries.
