Obatzda pronounced [ˈoːbatsdɐ] (also spelt Obazda, Obatza, and Obatzter) is a Bavarian cheese spread. It is prepared by mixing two parts aged soft cheese, usually Camembert (Romadur or similar cheeses may be used as well), and one part butter.
