Office of Management and Budget
The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is the largest office within the Executive Office of the President of the United States and is responsible for implementing the president's agenda across the executive branch. In 1921, Congress passed legislation to create the Bureau of the Budget to assist the president in developing his budget to be enacted or rejected by the House of Representatives under Article One of the Constitution.
