Oneiromancy (from Greek όνειροϛ (oneiros) 'dream' and μαντεία (manteia) 'prophecy') is a form of divination based upon dreams, and also uses dreams to predict the future. Oneirogen plants may also be used to produce or enhance dream-like states of consciousness.
