Organic Law of the State
The Organic Law of the State (Spanish: Ley Orgánica del Estado) (Law 1/1967, of 11 January, for the Organic Law of the State) was promulgated during the third stage of the Francoist regime in Spain, by a government in which most of the power was in the hands of technocrats. Together with the other seven Fundamental Laws of the Realm, the process of institutionalization of the Francoist regime was achieved.
