Overseas Chinese Affairs Office

The Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council (OCAO) is an external name of the United Front Work Department (UFWD) of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. The Committee of Overseas Chinese Affairs was established in 1949 and existed until 1970.
