Pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcal infections (PANDAS) is a controversial hypothetical diagnosis for a subset of children with rapid onset of obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) or tic disorders coming immediately after a Streptococcus infection.
