Power management integrated circuit

A power management integrated circuit (PMIC) is a multi-function integrated circuit that is used to perform power conversion and control power distribution in an electronic device. A PMIC reduces the number of components that would otherwise be necessary for the functions it provides, thus reducing the required circuit board space and improving reliability.
