Pandit Deendayal Energy University

Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), formerly Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU), is a private university in Gandhinagar, the capital of the Gujarat state of India. Originally founded with a focus on petroleum and other fossil fuels, it was established on the 4th of April, 2007, by the Gujarat Energy Research & Management Institute (GERMI), a subdivision of the GSPC Group, an oil and gas company owned by the Government of Gujarat.
