The Patamar (Portuguese), (English: Pattamar, Patimar, French: Patemar, Patmar), is a type of Indian Dhow. It was traditionally used in the western coast of the Indian subcontinent as a cabotage vessel between Gujarat and Ceylon, usually for the transport of rice.
