Pediatric end-stage liver disease

Pediatric end-stage liver disease (PELD) is a disease severity scoring system for children under 12 years of age. It is calculated from the patient's albumin, bilirubin, and international normalized ratio (INR) together with the patient's age and degree of growth failure.
