Penis size envy
Penis size envy is a colloquial term for envy and dissatisfaction arising from unfavorable social comparison about one's perceived penis size. It is not a formal medical diagnosis, but the underlying concern overlaps with patterns described in the urological and psychiatric literature as small penis anxiety (SPA) or small penis syndrome (SPS), which describe persistent worry about penis size in men whose anatomy is within the normal range, and at the more severe end with penile dysmorphic disorder (PDD), a penis-focused subtype of body dysmorphic disorder.
