Perkedel are vegetable fritters from Indonesian cuisine. They are most commonly made from mashed potatoes; however, there are other popular variations, such as perkedel jagung (peeled maize perkedel), perkedel tahu (tofu perkedel), and perkedel ikan (minced fish perkedel).
