Pinaki Misra (born 23 October 1959) is an Indian politician from the Biju Janata Dal party who served as a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha representing the Puri constituency. In 1996, he contested the Puri Lok Sabha seat as a Congress candidate and won against Braja Kishore Tripathy, who was then the sitting MP and Union Minister from Puri.
