Poland–Russia border

The modern Poland–Russia border is a 232 kilometres (144 mi) long, nearly straight-line division between the Republic of Poland and the Kaliningrad Oblast, an exclave of the Russian Federation. The current border is a result of the Soviet Union's annexation of parts of East Prussia in the aftermath of World War II. In 2004, it became part of the external border of the European Union.
