Potomac Mills is a super-regional outlet mall in Woodbridge, Virginia, part of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The first Landmark Mills mall developed by the Western Development Corporation (which completed a corporate spin-off as The Mills Corporation in April 1994), the company and the mall were acquired by Simon Property Group in April 2007.
