Princess Victoria of Hesse and by Rhine

Princess Victoria of Hesse and by Rhine (5 April 1863 – 24 September 1950), later Princess Louis of Battenberg and then Victoria Mountbatten, Marchioness of Milford Haven, was the eldest daughter of Louis IV, Grand Duke of Hesse and by Rhine, and Princess Alice of the United Kingdom. Victoria was born at Windsor Castle in the presence of her namesake grandmother, Queen Victoria.
