Bill C-30: Protecting Children from Internet Predators Act (French: Projet de loi C-30: Loi sur la protection des enfants contre les cyberprédateurs was a proposed amendment to the Criminal Code introduced by the Conservative government of Prime Minister Stephen Harper on February 14, 2012, during the 41st Canadian Parliament. Similar legislation had been unsuccessfully proposed in the past, by both Liberal and Conservative governments, and mirrored legislation introduced in other countries.
