Public Health Scotland (PHS; Scottish Gaelic: Slàinte Poblach na h-Alba) is the national public health body for Scotland. It is a Special NHS Health Board, and it is jointly accountable to the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) and the Scottish Government.
