Rahul B. R., better known as Rahul Mamkootathil (Malayalam: രാഹുൽ മാങ്കൂട്ടത്തിൽ), is an Indian politician from Kerala, who served as a member in the 15th Kerala Assembly from Palakkad from 2024 to 2026. He was a member of the Indian National Congress, from where he was expelled after sexual abuse allegations.
