Ratatouille

Ratatouille ( RAT-ə-TOO-ee, French: [ʁatatuj] ; Occitan: ratatolha [ʀataˈtuʎɔ] ) is a traditional French vegetable dish originating in the Provence region of southern France, particularly associated with Nice and its surrounding region.
